Booking and Billing:

• Please request a home visit or virtual session from the schedule below. I will confirm your appointment by email and send you an intake form to complete and an invoice for payment.

• Payment methods: Venmo, Zelle, credit card, cash (charged at the time of the visit)

• I am an out of network provider and I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed by your insurance. Please check your benefits with your insurance provider.

• 15 min consultations before booking are available upon request

Follow up:

• All visits include 1 week of follow up support by text/email/phone to answer any questions.

Cancellation Policy:

• Appointments cancelled less than 24hrs before the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Scale:

• I bring a scale for weighted feeds at home visits.
